7000 Transitional—existing proceedings in Supreme Court on
(1) Unless the Supreme Court otherwise orders, these rules apply to an
existing proceeding.
(2) If a difficulty arises in the application of subrule (1) to a particular
proceeding, the court may make any order it considers appropriate to
resolve the difficulty.
