6900 Power to make orders
If a provision of these rules gives the court a power that can be
exercised by making an order, the provision gives a power to make
Rule 1128 (Default judgment—setting aside etc) provides that the court may amend
or set aside a judgment entered under division 2.11.3, and any enforcement of it. A
judgment under the division may be set aside by making an order to that effect.
