6871 Trans-Tasman proceedings—application to set aside registration of NZ judgment (1) An application by a liable person to set aside the registration of a NZ judgment, under the Trans-Tasman Proceedings Act, section 72 (1) must be made by originating application in the proceeding in which the judgment was registered.
