6844 Div 6.10.9 order for criminal proceeding
An order under rule 6843 (Order relating to taking evidence for
Australian or foreign court or tribunal) must not be made in relation
to a criminal proceeding unless the requesting court is a court of a
place in Australia or New Zealand.
