6842 Application for div 6.10.9 order (1) An application for an order under rule 6843 (Order relating to taking evidence for Australian or foreign court or tribunal) may only be made by— (a) a person nominated by the requesting court; or (b) if no-one is nominated—the Attorney-General. (2) An application mentioned in subrule (1) or for any other order under this division must be filed, but need not be served on anyone.
