6828 Admissibility of deposition of examination
(1) A deposition under rule 6822 (Recording evidence of examination) is
admissible in evidence at the trial of a proceeding only if—
(a) the deposition is made under an examination order; or
(b) the deposition is admissible under the Evidence Act; or
(c) a territory law provides for the deposition to be admissible.
(2) A deposition purporting to be signed by the person before whom it
was taken is receivable in evidence without proof of the signature of
the person.
