6817 Documents for examiner (1) A party who obtains an examination order must give the examiner copies of the documents in the proceeding necessary to inform the examiner of the relevant questions for the examination. (2) If the documents in the proceeding are not sufficient to inform the examiner of the questions, the court must state the questions in the examination order or a later order. Note Pt 6.2 (Applications in proceedings) applies to an application for a later Rule 6818 (3) Subrule (1) does not apply if the examiner is a judicial officer or other officer of the court.
