6815 Application for examination order (1) Any party to a proceeding may apply for an examination order. Note 1 An application for an order under the Foreign Evidence Act 1994 (Cwlth) can only be made to the Supreme Court (see that Act, s 7 and s 10). Note 2 Pt 6.2 (Applications in proceedings) applies to an application for an examination order. (2) The application must be supported by an affidavit.
