6603A Subpoena—change of date for attendance of production
(1) The issuing party may give the addressee notice of a date or time later
than the date or time stated in a subpoena as the date or time for
attendance or production or both.
(2) If notice is given under subrule (1), the subpoena applies as if the date
or time for attendance or production under the subpoena were the date
or time stated in the notice.
