6600 Definitions—pt 6.9 (1) In this part: issuing officer means the registrar. issuing party, for a subpoena, means the party at whose request the subpoena is issued. (2) To the extent that a subpoena requires the addressee to attend to give evidence, it is a subpoena to attend to give evidence. (3) To the extent that a subpoena requires the addressee to produce the subpoena or a copy of it and a document or thing, it is a subpoena to produce.
