6557 Evidence of service
A certificate of service of a local judicial document in due form under
rule 6555 (2) that certifies that the document was served on a stated
date is, in the absence of any evidence to the contrary, sufficient proof
(a) the document was served by the method stated in the certificate
on the date; and
(b) if the method of service was requested by the applicant, the
method is compatible with the law in force in the Hague
Convention country in which the document was served.
