6480 Definitions—div 6.8.8
ACT Ambulance Service means the ACT Ambulance Service
established under the Emergencies Act 2004, section 40.
medical expert means a health practitioner registered under the
Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (ACT) Act 2010.
special witness means—
(a) a medical expert; or
(b) a member of the ACT Ambulance Service.
