6469 Change of address for service (1) This rule applies if a person has given the court an address for service in a proceeding and the person’s address for service changes in any way before the proceeding is finally disposed of. (2) The person must— (a) file in the court a notice stating the new address (the new address notice); and (b) serve a sealed or stamped copy of the new address notice on every other active party to the proceeding.
