6461 Informal service
(a) a document is not served on a person as required or allowed by
this part but the document or a copy of it comes to the notice of
the person; and
(b) the court is satisfied that the document came to the person’s
notice on or before a particular day.
(2) The court may, by order, decide that the document was served on the
person on the day stated in the order.
