6432 Service on corporations—additional ways for all
corporations
(1) A document may be served on a corporation under these rules by
leaving it at, or sending it by post to, the corporation’s registered
office.
(2) This rule does not affect the operation of any other law that authorises
or requires service of a document otherwise than as provided under

registered office, for a corporation, includes—
(a) if the corporation has a registered office under the Corporations
Act—that office; and

(b) if under a territory law or a law of the Commonwealth a
document may be served on the corporation by leaving it at, or
sending it by post to, a place—that place; and
(c) if paragraphs (a) and (b) do not apply in relation to the
corporation but it has an office or place of business in the
ACT—that office or place.
