6307 Delegation by registrar (1) The registrar of the court may delegate the registrar’s functions under a territory law to a public servant. (2) This rule does not apply to functions in the exercise of the court’s jurisdiction. Note 1 For the making of delegations and the exercise of delegated functions, see the Legislation Act, pt 19.4. Time Part 6.7 Rule 6350 Note to pt 6.7 The Legislation Act contains provisions that apply in working out periods of time, including the following: • s 151 (Working out periods of time generally) • s 151A (Periods of time ending on non-working days) • s 151B (Doing things for which no time is fixed).
