6143 Rejecting document—registrar to give notice etc (1) If the registrar rejects a document under this division— (a) the registrar must give notice of the rejection, and of the grounds of the rejection, to the person who filed the document in the (b) if the document is filed in paper form—the registrar must return the document and any copies of the document filed with the document; and (c) the document is taken not to have been filed.
