6134 Official record of the court
(1) A document held by the court in electronic form is the official record
if the document—
(a) is filed, or issued by the court, electronically, and kept by the
court in electronic form; or
(b) is filed in paper form and the registrar converts the document to
an electronic form.
(2) If an electronic form of a document is not held by the court, the paper
form of the document is the official record.
