6100 Application—div 6.3.1
(1) This division applies to a document that is prepared by a party to a
proceeding for use by or in the court, and includes an originating
process or other document starting a proceeding.
(2) However, this division does not apply to an annexure or exhibit
except to the extent otherwise expressly provided.
