6045 Attorney-General—notice of intervention
(1) This rule applies if the Attorney-General wishes to intervene in a
proceeding under—
(a) the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1989,
section 19; or
(b) the Court Procedures Act 2004, section 27; or
(c) the Human Rights Act 2004, section 35.
(2) The Attorney-General must file in the court a notice stating that the
Attorney-General intervenes in the proceeding.

(3) As soon as practicable after the notice is filed, a copy of the notice
must be served on each active party to the proceeding.
