6034 Directions hearing—human rights proceedings (1) If a party files a notice under rule 6031— (a) the court must set a date for a directions hearing for the Note For directions that the court may make at the directions hearing, see r 1401 (Directions generally). (2) The date for the directions hearing must be not later than 14 days after the day the notice is served on the Attorney-General and the commission, unless the court otherwise orders. Rule 6040
