6032 Notice—direction by court
(1) The court may, taking into account the issues in a proceeding and
their relevance to the Human Rights Act 2004—
(a) direct a party to give notice of the proceeding to the
Attorney-General and the commission; and
(b) state the content of the notice.

(2) An affidavit of service of the notice on the Attorney-General and the
commission must be filed in the court before the hearing of the
proceeding starts or continues.
