6031 Notice—human rights proceedings
(1) This rule applies to a party to a proceeding if—
(a) the party asserts that the Human Rights Act 2004 applies in the

the assertion or seeking the declaration, file in the court a notice
stating the relevant matter mentioned in subrule (1).

(3) As soon as practicable after the notice is filed, a copy of the notice
must be served on—
(a) the Attorney-General and the commission; and
(b) each other active party to the proceeding.
(4) An affidavit of service of the notice on the Attorney-General and the
commission must be filed in the court before the hearing of the
proceeding starts or continues.
