6030 Application—div 6.2A.2
This division applies to a proceeding to which the Human Rights
Act 2004, section 34 applies.
Note The Human Rights Act 2004, s 34 applies if a question arises in a
proceeding in the Supreme Court that involves the application of that Act
or the Supreme Court is considering making a declaration of
incompatibility in a proceeding.
