6016 Application in proceeding—oral application
A person may make an application in a proceeding to the court orally
if—
(a) the preparation of a written application, or the filing in the court
or service of a written application, would cause unreasonable
delay or other prejudice to the person; or
(b) each active party to the proceeding, and, if the respondent to the
application is not an active party, the respondent, agrees to the
application being made orally; or
(c) an application may be made under these rules without filing or
serving the application; or
(d) the court orders that the person does not have to file or serve a
written application; or
(e) these rules otherwise allow the application to be made orally.
