6012 Application in proceeding—adjournment generally (1) The court may adjourn the hearing of an application in a proceeding. (2) Without limiting subrule (1), the court may adjourn the hearing of an application in a proceeding if, at the hearing— (a) a party to the application who is represented by a solicitor does not appear either personally or by the solicitor; and (b) the applicant produces to the court a copy of the application endorsed with the agreement of the party’s solicitor to the adjournment of the hearing.
