6011 Application in proceeding—dismissal or adjournment if application not served etc (a) a person has not been served with an application in a proceeding; and (b) on the hearing of the application, the court considers that the person should have been served. Rule 6012 (a) dismiss the application; or (b) adjourn the hearing of the application so that the application can be served on the person.
