5834 Special case to Court of Appeal—setting down for
hearing
On filing of the special case in the Supreme Court, the registrar, if
satisfied that all the active parties have been served with the special
case, must—
(a) set a date for the hearing of the special case; and
(b) tell the parties the date set for the hearing.
