5833 Special case to Court of Appeal—preparation and settling
Unless the Supreme Court otherwise orders, the special case must
be—
(a) prepared in draft by the party having conduct of the special case
after consultation with each other active party; and
(b) settled by the Supreme Court; and
(c) served on each active party; and
(d) filed in the Supreme Court.
