5806 Special case to Supreme Court—setting down for hearing
At the directions hearing, the registrar must—
(a) if satisfied that all the active parties have been served with the
special case, and the special case is ready for hearing—
(i) set a date for the hearing of the special case; and
(ii) tell the parties the date set for the hearing; or
(b) adjourn the directions hearing.
