5804 Special case to Supreme Court—person with legal
disability
(1) If a person with a legal disability is a party to the special case, the
special case must not be set down for hearing without the Supreme
Court’s leave.
(2) The application for leave must be supported by sufficient evidence
that the statements contained in the special case are true, as far as they
affect the interests of the person with a legal disability.
