5803 Special case to Supreme Court—preparation and settling
Unless the referring court or tribunal otherwise directs, the special
case must—
(a) be prepared in draft by the initiating party after consultation with
each other active party; and
(b) contain an address for service for each active party; and
(c) be settled by the referring court or tribunal; and
(d) be served on each active party; and
(e) be filed in the Supreme Court by the initiating party on behalf of
the referring court or tribunal.
