5753 Reference appeals to Supreme Court—notice of intention to respond by interested party (1) An interested party may file in the Supreme Court a notice of intention to respond in accordance with division 2.3.1 (Notice of intention to respond and defence—general) as if— (b) the party were a defendant; and (c) the applicant were the plaintiff; and (2) If an interested party is not represented in the appeal, the applicant must instruct counsel to represent the party and file the notice of intention to respond as mentioned in subrule (1).
