5751 Reference appeals to Supreme Court—application for (1) An application for a reference appeal must— (a) state the grounds of the application; and (b) state the question of law to be decided. (2) An application for a reference appeal must be filed in the Supreme Court not later than 6 weeks after the day the trial ends, or not later than any further time the court allows.
