5701 Review orders—application for order
(1) An application for a review order must be—
(a) made to the Supreme Court not later than the time mentioned in
the Magistrates Court Act 1930, section 219C (1) (Grant of
order nisi to review); and
(b) made without notice to another party; and
(c) supported by an affidavit under rule 5702.
(2) Part 6.2 (Applications in proceedings) applies to an application for a
review order as if—
