5602 Appeals to Court of Appeal—directions about appeal etc
(1) At any time after the filing in the court of a notice of appeal or
application for leave to appeal (or leave to appeal out of time) under
this part, the Court of Appeal may give directions in relation to the
conduct of the appeal or application (including, for the application,
the appeal if leave is given), even though the direction may be
inconsistent with another provision of these rules.
(2) The Court of Appeal may give a direction under this rule on
application by a party to the appeal or application or on its own
directions or to amend or revoke a direction.
Rule 5603
(5) The Court of Appeal may at any time amend or revoke a direction
made under this rule on application by a party or on its own initiative.
(6) The powers of the Court of Appeal under this rule are additional to
any other powers of the Court of Appeal under a territory law.
