5442 Appeals to Court of Appeal—insufficient material
If the Court of Appeal considers that it has insufficient material before
it to enable it to make a decision on the appeal, it may give all or any
of the following directions:
(a) that the appeal be adjourned for further consideration;
(b) a direction about the issues to be decided that it considers
appropriate;
