5437 Appeals to Court of Appeal—changing appeal hearing
date
(1) The Court of Appeal may, at any time, order that the appeal be heard
on a date other than that set under rule 5432 (Appeals to Court of
Appeal—settlement of appeal papers) or rule 5436 (Appeals to Court
of Appeal—setting appeal for hearing).
(2) The Court of Appeal may make an order under subrule (1) on the
application of a party to the appeal or on its own initiative.
