5410 Appeals to Court of Appeal—notice of intention to
respond
(1) A respondent to the appeal must file in the court a notice of intention
to respond in accordance with division 2.3.1 (Notice of intention to

filed a notice of intention to respond under rule 5315 (Appeals to
Court of Appeal—response to application for leave to appeal) or

proceeding, and the information provided in the notice has not
changed.
