5312 Appeals to Court of Appeal—time for filing application for
The applicant for leave to appeal must file the application for leave to
appeal, and supporting material for the application, in the court not
later than 7 days after the day the interlocutory order is given, or not
later than any further time allowed by the Court of Appeal or the
judge who gave the interlocutory order.
