5194 Appeals to Supreme Court—keeping exhibits
(1) This rule applies in relation to an appeal or application to the Supreme
Court under this part.
(2) Unless the Supreme Court otherwise orders, the registrar of the
Supreme Court must keep the exhibits in the proceeding until 28 days
after the day the appeal is disposed of.
(3) However, the register may permit a document or thing to be removed
from the registry in accordance with rule 6767 (Power to allow
removal of documents and things).
