5190 Appeals to Supreme Court—directions about appeal etc
(1) At any time after the filing in the Supreme Court of a notice of appeal
or application for leave to appeal (or leave to appeal out of time)
under this part, the court may give directions in relation to the conduct
of the appeal or application (including, for the application, the appeal
if the leave is given), even though the direction may be inconsistent
with another provision of these rules.
