5133 Appeals to Supreme Court—presentation of appeal (1) The appeal papers must be— (a) paginated; and (b) clear and legible; and (c) if filed in paper form—securely fastened but need not be bound. (2) The registrar must be satisfied about the presentation of the appeal (3) The requirements of this rule are subject to any direction given by the Supreme Court on application by a party or on its own initiative.
