5130 Appeals to Supreme Court—draft index of appeal papers (1) Before the date set for settling the appeal papers, the appellant must prepare and file a draft index of the appeal papers. (2) The appellant must serve a copy of the draft index on each respondent not later than 3 days before the date set for settling the appeal papers.
