5108 Appeals to Supreme Court—notice of intention to
respond
(1) A respondent to the appeal must file in the court a notice of intention
to respond in accordance with division 2.3.1 (Notice of intention to

filed a notice of intention to respond under rule 5075 (Appeals to

rule 5092 (Referral of appeal—notice of intention to respond to
application for leave to appeal) in the proceeding, and the information
provided in the notice has not changed.
