5105 Appeals to Supreme Court—numbering etc of appeals (1) When the notice of appeal is sealed, the registrar of the Supreme Court must give a distinguishing number or other unique identifier to the appeal started by the notice. (2) The registrar must ensure that the notice of appeal and each copy sealed under rule 5104 is endorsed with— appeal; and (b) the date when the notice was filed in the court.
