5075 Appeals to Supreme Court—notice of intention to
respond to application for leave to appeal
(1) A respondent to the application for leave to appeal must file in the
Supreme Court a notice of intention to respond in accordance with
Rule 5076
(2) To remove any doubt, if the application for leave to appeal is a single
application mentioned in rule 5071 (3) (Appeals to Supreme Court—
application for leave to appeal), the respondent need only file a single
notice of intention to respond.
