5073 Appeals to Supreme Court—application for leave to
appeal to be sealed
The registrar of the Supreme Court must seal an application for leave
to appeal and any filed copies of the application.
Note The registrar may reject an application for leave to appeal that is filed
(see r 6140 (Rejecting documents—noncompliance with rules etc) and
r 6142 (Rejecting documents—abuse of process etc)).
