5053 Appeals to Supreme Court—non-publication order
(a) the court or tribunal appealed from made an order prohibiting
the publication of a party’s name (the non-publication order);
and
(b) the non-publication order has not been discharged by the court
or tribunal or by the Supreme Court.
Rule 5054
(2) For the appeal, the non-publication order remains in force as if it were
an order of the Supreme Court, subject to any order of the Supreme
