5051 Application—pt 5.3
(1) This part applies to an appeal to the Supreme Court from an order of
a court or tribunal.
(2) This part applies subject to any territory law applying to the appeal.
Note 2 Appeals may be made from the courts and tribunals mentioned in
table 5051 to the Supreme Court.
Note 3 Certain jurisdiction of the Supreme Court under the Legal Profession Act
2006 must be exercised by a Full Court (see Supreme Court Act 1933, s
11).
